Eleni Nicodemou    (Cypriot)

Born in 1955 in Cyprus where she currently lives and works, Eleni Nicodemou initially studied Economics at the University of Athens. In 1983 she graduated in Painting and Engraving from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. From 1981 to 1984 she was artist in residence at the Cité Internationale des Arts and received grants from the French government, the EOMECH (Greece) and the Leventis Foundation. Her latest solo exhibitions have been held at the Gallery 3, Athens in 2006 and Gallery 2016, Brussels in 2005. Her works are included in numerous private collections in Europe, the States and Japan.
